By creating a workspace or using GrapeChat (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

GrapeChat lets businesses connect messaging channels (such as LINE, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram) and manage customer conversations in one inbox, with assignment, SLA tracking, and reporting. Features may change over time.

• You are responsible for the accounts and channel credentials you connect, and for having the right to connect them.
• You must comply with the terms of each connected platform (Meta Platform Terms, LINE Developers Agreement, etc.) and with applicable law when messaging customers.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to harass people, or to attempt to breach its security or access another workspace's data.

Your use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business and customer data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues caused by a connected third-party platform.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect channels at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
